Q. The slogan "Presentations Designed by Strategists" is unique. What was the motivation behind starting Team PPT?
Hello, I am Lee Eun-ho, CEO of Team PPT. For the past eight years, I have been involved in business planning at financial institutions, working in departments such as the Institutional Sales Strategy Division and the Global Investment Support Center. I prepared countless business presentations to attract diverse institutional clients, including the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the National Pension Service, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. Securing contracts from large-scale institutions required meticulous analysis as well as proposing strategies from a long-term perspective. Through years of performing this work, I developed a keen sense for quickly grasping the business of complex industries.
After leaving my previous job, while searching for business opportunities where I could excel, I began receiving occasional requests to create PowerPoint presentations through colleagues and acquaintances who were aware of my background. Knowing that planning is more important than design in business presentations, I assisted with production by consulting on presentation strategies starting from the very first commission. Thankfully, what began as small-scale freelance work grew through word of mouth, establishing Team PPT to receive requests for event materials from large and mid-sized companies.
Q. So you experienced a significant business situation! What kind of corporate problem are you currently resolving?
Planning Business Presentations to Create Corporate Growth Momentum
Presentation materials are essential for companies and organizations when securing business contracts or scaling up. Business presentations have a decisive impact on decision-making, to the extent that they determine the scale of annual business operations. Team PPT supports these processes by strategically designing business presentations that align with a company's growth stages. Our goal is to go beyond simply providing aesthetically pleasing designs and ensure the success of our clients' businesses.
To this end, we first thoroughly research and study the client's business. Then, we establish presentation plans and strategies tailored to the client's specific situation. Based on this, we design each slide to be as intuitive as possible to facilitate easier understanding of the business.
Q. Is there a presentation design project that left a particularly strong impression on you?
Since I am deeply involved in the design of every presentation, every project is precious to me, haha. To speak based on recent examples, two events stand out in my memory.
2024 Paris Olympics D-100 Days: Support Plan for National Team Announced
The presentation materials for the Paris Olympics D-100 National Team Encouragement Event, commissioned by the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee last April, were a project we worked on intensively within a short period. The event served to explain the special support measures the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee had devised to enhance the performance of the South Korean team, which is expected to have the "smallest number of athletes in history." We designed event materials that facilitated understanding by structuring the support plans into a systematic diagram. As it was a special event, we worked with intense focus within a short timeframe, and the client was extremely satisfied.
SK E&S Announcement on the Completion Ceremony of the World's Largest Liquid Hydrogen Plant
The production of presentation materials for the SK E&S completion ceremony held last May was a project that required completing raw materials within a short timeframe. It was an event to commemorate the completion of the world's largest liquefied hydrogen plant in Incheon, with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons. As it was an important corporate event attended by over 200 senior executives as guests, formal materials were required.
In particular, since the presentation materials were scheduled to be displayed on an outdoor stage screen, a design that enhanced readability was essential. Thanks to the background, font, and layout designed with this event environment in mind, the presentation was clearly visible even in promotional photos. The level of satisfaction was also high due to the detailed design, which covered everything from the presentation introducing the project overview and progress to the slides necessary for event operation.

Strategists who have completed rigorous training in proposal sales and competitive pitches
Team PPT currently consists of a total of seven members, including myself. Most of our team members have experience with competitive pitches at comprehensive advertising agencies or have specialized in material production for bidding departments at large corporations. With extensive experience in designing proposals that consider strategy and planning, we are successfully producing presentation materials for a wide range of projects.
With client inquiries steadily increasing this year, we are also planning new hires.
